Double Layered Chocolate
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate
White chocolate
Method:
1. Chop the white and dark chocolate into separate bowls. Do not heat the chocolates without chopping them. Do not allow water to touch the chocolates by any means.
2. Melt chocolates separately. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Do not cook chocolates in a single stretch, stir it occasionally.
3. Heat for another 30 seconds and stir.
4. Heat for 15-30 seconds more and stir well. Do not overcook the chocolates.
5. Pour the dark chocolate into the mold.
6. After the dark chocolate sets for a few seconds, pour the white chocolate into the mold.
7. Put the chocolate in the freezer for half an hour, then enjoy!
Variations:
Mix any two combinations of chocolates out of three variations of chocolates.
Make a three layered chocolate using three different types of chocolates.

1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oil
5 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup powdered sugar
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
2. Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl and mix well.
3. Beat the yogurt and sugar in another bowl. Add vanilla essence.
4. Mix both the dry and wet ingredients.
5. Put the batter in a greased pan and bake it for 35 minutes.
