Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
2. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water. Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot. Cook until macaroni is cooked approximately 8 minutes.
3. Drain the macaroni
4. Rinse macaroni under cold water until cool
5. Drain the macaroni
6. In a large bowl, stir mayonnaise, mustard, rice vinegar, sugar, and relish until combined
7. Add the cooked elbow macaroni to the bowl and stir to coat the macaroni
8. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving
9. Enjoy!

- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard (I use spicy mustard for a little extra kick)
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1/2 cup relish
